About Kirra

I’ve spent the better part of my career working in small-scale nonprofits around the world from the Kampot to Kampala. In one of those projects, we were leveraging Salesforce to be a shared, communal platform for nonprofits working in the same sector to safely and securely store their records and pool data when needed. It was through this work that I first saw the transformations that can take place within an organization which understands the power of data and feels empowered through truly using a piece of technology to the best of their advantage.

After that experience, I became a certified Salesforce Administrator and even now having returned to life stateside, I want to keep supporting the organizations who know that with just a little help the story their data tells could become deeper, the impact they have in their community a little wider, and the strategy for the future a little richer and more evidence based.

I can work with your team on:

  • Analysis and Reporting- ensuring that the questions you want to ask of your data are being answered appropriately.

  • Training and Documentation- for any changes in systems/databases to be sustainable, users have to feel comfortable and knowledgable. I take the time to train and if needed create tutorial resources to ensure workflows stay secure even with staff turnover. Staff feeling knowledgable in Salesforce is one of the areas that I’ve seen have the ability to effect a large transformation organizationally.

  • Automation- systems are always a balance between manual entry and upkeep and automated assistance. I can help build streamlined (code free) automation so you won’t need to be reliant on hiring an expensive developer.
