If your organization needs just a bit of general Salesforce Admin support each week as issues arise, I can function as ad-hoc team member. This can include support around report building, data hygiene/maintenance, user training, automation building, etc.

Training

 

One of the greatest factors I’ve noticed to successful and sustainable Salesforce usage (or any technology usage) is whether or not users feel knowledgable and confident. I can provide one-on-one or team support for ensuring that processes are implemented with consistency which often translates to more accuracy with data. I can also create resource guides and tutorial/help guides both external (system documentation, user cheat sheets, etc) to and built-in to Salesforce (page help, pop up guides, etc).
